Whenever we book our holidays at hays travel, coventry were always greeted with a smile, made to feel welcome and they give their full attention on finding the break were looking for.

A listening service from the staff who easily fulfill the holiday requirements and provide good advice and a good service. Katie was excellent in providing some holiday ideas to choose from and Rachel and Sapphire adequately managed the payment transaction in Katie's absence.

Listened to what we wanted and when unable to book the original holiday we looked at due to us no being able to complete booking, did there best to find the closest holiday to our requirements, didn't make us feel like we where being rushed or a burden and realised our disappointment not being able to have our first choice and remembering our original request even though it had been 4 week sin e we originallycalled into store, adding a couple of bonus extras was a lovely gesture thankyou Rachel for all your help

Went into Hayes to travel shop and was met with warm smiles and we told Sonia what we wanted she quickly reviewed and booked all what we wanted as this is our second booking they all were generally pleased to see us . The whole process was easy and quick..Good service.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Patiently went through a number of holiday destinations.

This was the second holiday that I have booked with Hays and as with the first one everything was fantastic. The staff are great, they help me with my choice of country and hotel and they got it absolutely right.
I stayed at the Hotel Festa Panorama in Nessebar, Bulgaria and it was fantastic, couldn't fault a single thing with the holiday so, THANK YOU GIRLS

I was impressed from the beginning by the staff's eagerness to deal with me in a rapid, but relaxed and friendly manner.
I felt calm and confident that I was getting what I wanted, even when I realised that I had not thought through sensibly the mechanics of making the payment. What could have been embarrassing remained amicable and supportive, a delightful experience.
