We were impressed by the friendly and efficient staff who booked our holiday. And when we found the tour operator had made a mistake the Hays staff quickly resolved the issue. Having booked with this Hays centre before it was great to find their customer care has remained at such an excellent level.

Booked a cruise in the Coventry store. Katie and Sonia dealt with the booking which had some challenges, and they were both extremely helpful and very pleasant.
