Naomi was so welcoming and was so helpful. We always have great service and lots of good advice when we are booking our holiday.

Always book through hays travel even my friend /neighbour does now been on cruises .all inclusives. Canary islands bed and breakfast board basis depending on country and what has to offer . Find staff helpful spend time looking at your needs for what you want out of a holiday . Already having 4 trips within a year. Living the dream. Shame they dont do a point system for loyal customers. Like loyalty in shops. Just a suggestion

We have been dealing with Chloe at Sandbach branch, but unfortunately it was closed on Sunday so we called Crewe. Lauren was very helpful (as was Chloe). We made the booking as there was only one midship cabin left and we didn’t want to miss it.

the staff made the whole prosses easy it was good to see even though Hays have grown so bigl they still have a great team.

Always very pleasant and helpful going the extra mile every time we book with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Wouldn't choose to book with anyone else 😎

Anna at the Crewe branch was extremely helpful and attentive when I telephoned the branch with a couple of queries on Sunday 3rd May.
We had already decided on a particular cruise but she telephoned the Cruise Line with a query I had raised and then rang me back a little later with the answer.
I was offered a better deal by Hays than booking direct with the cruise line; deposit paid and confirmation received by email within 15 minutes.

Both Anna and Lauren were very good. They were genuinely interested in my requirements and listened to my requests and offered options.
