Booked a muti trip package to stop at a couple of places in the USA and Lauren and Anna were amazing. Even though we changed our minds with the dates and hotels a few times they just found us exactly what we wanted. Amazing

Helpful staff
The last who helped us was very nice and helpful, nothing was too much to check for us, helping us to find a really nice adults only hotel and she found us 3 prefect hotels with amazing reviews, we went away to discuss the three hotels and went back an hour later to book the hotel with her, credit to the company

Booked another holiday with Hays Travel in Crewe, we booked it with Ali who is the manager of the Crewe branch who was Brilliant, Ali got us a good deal for our holiday and also did our car parking at Manchester for us.
