We arrived about 4 on a saturday as the only tine we had to look and book.
We were shown lots of options and eventually decided 15 min before closing time. The two ladies were extremely helpful and kept the shop open for us to book and secure our holiday. I work in a school 13 miles away so cant go in during the week as i finish too late. We cant thank them enough! excellent service and patience!

Wanted to book a trip to Canada 18 months in advance. Provided a vague outline of requirements and the travel advisor went to work researching providers and tours that most met the requirements and sent through 2 quotes.

Returned a couple of days later to book and advisor patiently went through every detail to make sure itinerary was perfect for us. No question was too small or too much trouble.

Provided initial holiday outline then revised several times with new options to ensure we got the holiday we wanted and better flights.
