I booked my holiday yesterday,it was a experience I really enjoyed. The lady who helped me was cheerful, I am deaf , so she took the time to explain about my holiday I felt relaxed and not rushed, her information was very useful and made my decision so easy will definitely go back to that store again. We booked our first cruise through Hays and Sandra, their cruise expert was brilliant. I had so many questions and she was very patient as I’m sure she must’ve been fed up with all the emails! We enjoyed the cruise that much that we booked another one with Sandra yesterday. All the staff in the Cumbernauld branch are lovely and so helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
