The girls at Hays travel Cumbernauld were fantastic. We were just passing and thought we would stop in to start looking for a last minute deal for Easter. They took the time to find out what we wanted from our holiday and looked to find the best deal that matched our requirements. We were made to feel very welcome and booked the perfect holiday. The women I spoke to both via email and on the phone we're super helpful. They didn't push and double checked everything that I wanted, they couldn't get exactly what I wanted at first put pursued the tour operator to confirm my request.

Easy to contact and deal with store. Evelyn was fantastic with suggestions and explanations when required. We got the dates and hotel we requested. We even got useful additional information on the resort and this went as far as local school holidays / festivals. Well done.
