I had some very detailed and complex requirements for my multi-city trip to the USA. Sandra was incredible and managed to pull together the ideal package for less than I could find the flights only. Truly grateful.

We had lots of help and information from Sandra we were looking for a cruise or river cruise and decided on the River Cruise we are going May 2026 ✈️🚢

The advisor, Evelyn was very helpful, went through all the best deals, offers and options, to make holiday cheaper. Very friendly, polite and patient.
Evelyn explain everything in great detail, plus got the support for her colleagues, if wasn't sure, or needed to double check something.
Very happy with deal for holiday to Salou, got Travel Insurance sorted no problem, and seat allocation is great as well, as will be sitting together on flight. Evelyn explained the strictness of the luggage 🧳 and how much you can take now, due to strict guidelines at the airports. Luggage is 22kg, and cannot be anymore.
Would certainly recommend Hays Travel, as a travel agent to book holidays, weekends away, cruises and other ventures. Really great travel agent/company.

My friends and I went into the Hays store to book a holiday to Tenerife. The staff were under immense strain as the internet connection was very poor. This seems to be ongoing as I was in this Cumbernauld store a few weeks ago.
However Sandra Graham worked for 3 hours to help us. Eventually after much frustration, she managed to book us or holiday on a colleague's phone. Full marks to Sandra for her perseverance and I would suggest that Head Office try to sort their internet.
