Pretty good experience, walked in and booked a holiday advertised in the window.
Friendly staff and I felt comfortable. Time issue with booking the accommodation, but completed with a reduction in price and hopefully a better suite.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, listened to what we wanted and took the time to find us suitable flights, prices and dates for out trip which met all our requirements. Details were emailed immediately with links for visas etc. All staff were first class!!
