We have been in the Darlington High Row…
We have been in the Darlington High Row branch a few times to book a holiday or just to get a quote and always felt with the manager as we knew we could book with confidence, however this time the manager was day off and the only person free was the apprentice named Cameron so we politely down gave our complex details about what we wanted and he tried to book our holiday but kept coming up with different prices than we had by quite a large amount, he was extremely positive, positive and asked his colleagues for advice when needed, didn’t get flustered and eventually got us our fantastic holiday for an incredible price. A couple of days later we booked another holiday but instead of going to the manager instantly asked for Cameron our now go to member of the Hays team as we know we can book with confidence through him. Well done future manager in the making of that I’m sure.

Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble for Danielle, she helped me tremendously. She made the process of organising a surprise Birthday /Christmas gift for my granddaughter so easy. Danielle totally went the extra mile for me.

Cameron your a star
We have just started to use Hays as our preferred booking agent, they helped us a great deal in sorting our travel plans, however when we went in the next time to book there was just a young gentleman called Cameron who is still training, but we all have to start somewhere, and I’d just like to say what an asset he is to Hays travel, he went above and beyond, if he wasn’t sure about something he asked for advice, an absolute delight to book with him so much so we called in again yesterday and booked another holiday with him.
