I’ve booked two holidays with Debbie recently, She is outstanding at her job. I’ve always booked through TUI directly. But il definitely be booking through her from now on. Any issues or questions she’s there with the answer straight away, nothing is too much trouble for her. Would highly recommend.

Cruise booked to join family
I contacted Deb from Hays Travel to make a reservation for a cruise and join my family, who had already booked their trip. Despite calling late in the afternoon, Deb efficiently managed to complete most of my booking on the same day. I needed a flight to the States in…
I needed a flight to the States in August and didn't have the time and energy to go on line and sort through all of the options.
