Very informative & helpful

Emily has been nothing but amazing very accommodating, she found me the perfect holiday

Big thank you to Emily she was great look after very well she understood that I had a medical condition so I have help for that had to drop a point because she put us next to the toilet on the Aeroplane and the holiday was a little overpriced

As always our Downham Market branch of ladies are so cheerful and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Emily made sure our cruise choice was just right for us and answered all our queries. She is going to keep us updated with further information nearer the time of our trip.

Always very friendly and informative. The process was very easy and Emily was helpful and went through all of the available options. Although Millie wasn't there she did a great deal of work before we decided on this particular holiday.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Gemma, our Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the resort and kept us well informed, including making us aware of ongoing building work at the hotel. She thoughtfully suggested alternative options and showed great patience in exploring different possibilities until we agreed on the perfect destination.

Gemma also made sure we understood any additional costs to consider and clearly explained the available flight seating options. Overall, her helpful and attentive service made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Having tried to book Eurostar tickets from home with no success and a long time, Millie at Hayes had them booked and printed off within 10 minutes. Wonderful.

She was fantastic as she looked at lots of different options and because the staff in branch had been to Krakow last Christmas I felt that it was the perfect place and which her first hand knowledge she found a hotel on the edge of the old town

Millie promptly quoted for 3 Alaska/Yukon Cruisetours following my telephone enquiry.

Looked at the details for the holiday we booked before we said yes. Gemma called the holiday company to make sure we had the correct room as we have a disability. I have to say Gemma checked things we hadn't thought off so I can say exceptional service.

Have used hays travel now a few times & just find them easy to deal with nothing is too much trouble for them , very helpful, answers your questions pretty much straight away.happy people.

We were concerned about our honeymoon as the airspace over Doha was closed.
We went into the store on Saturday to see if they had any further information as our flight was on Monday.
The store manager was in contact through Sunday even though it was her day off.
By 10am Monday our holiday was moved to 2027 and an additional holiday booked leaving in two days.
Couldn’t be happier with the service we received, will definitely be booking in store again.
