Diane was very helpful in helping us find the perfect holiday for us as a family of 4. Husband is a nervous flyer and narrowing down our options for flight times must have been no easy feat but we have booked a holiday which we think will be perfect for us as family for our first holiday abroad alone as a family. We can’t wait to get there and enjoy some sun and relaxation, Diane had good knowledge of the area which helped.

Just a supportive experience all round...
The girls that where working that day we're all very welcoming. Any and all queries I had were either resolved or already answered during our meeting. I found them very easy to talk too and no question was stupid. It helped as I had a few... They have also set my mind at ease regarding the time before I travel. Booking a cruise
During my first visit Sharon was very helpful explaining about cruising seasons and where to go. Listened to what I wanted for my cruise and then advised me the best destinations. On my second visit to book the cruise Diane was extremely helpful given us the correct information to make informed choices and completing and explaining all paperwork to us. 5 * experience all round.

Holidays made hassle free
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and sorted everything out. Thanks to kira, the booking was stress free and was able to match the accommodation and flights with another party we are going with.
