Margaret from Hays travel in Dunoon was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the cruises and the ports we were wanting to go on. Anything that she didn't know she contacted the company and got us an answer. We approached her for a price match and she was more than happy to do this for us.

The young boy (reference p7590)was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He has excellent interpersonal skills and finds the right balance between friendliness and professionalism. I haven’t booked a holiday in a shop for a number of years and the service we received has made me rethink how I book holidays. Well done!
