Melanie explained to us with great clarity and depth about the cruise holiday as it is our first trip on cruise. Helped us to choose the right cabin. Moreover she even amended the changes later when our son decided to join us. First time experience with Hays Travels was great. Eltham branch staff are all very lively and helpful.

Birthday Celebration Family of Eight
We made couple of trips to the office and was greeted with a warm welcome on both occasion. The holiday was for a family of eight people to celebrate a seventh birthday and we were finding it difficult to to find something to suit everyone's preferred location and dates. Ami was very patient and provided advice on a number of options. Finally, on our second visit our holiday was booked at a better price at our preferred hotel on the dates that we requested. I must say what can be a rather stressful experience was made to be an occasion that we are looking forward to.
