Helpful and easy booking experience
Recently booked a holiday to Amsterdam with Lauren. As it was so last minute, the hotel I thought I’d stay at was fully booked, but she helped me to find a hotel with similar offerings, in a similar location, and at a similar price, completely eliminating the stress and hassle of trying to find something myself! Will definitely be back to book my next holiday with Hays.

Amazing Customer Services
We’ve been booking our holidays with Hays Travel in Exmouth for many years now, and we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Katie has looked after us time and time again, arranging numerous holidays over the years, and every single one has been absolutely perfect.
What really stands out is the personal service. Even if we haven’t been into the branch for quite some time, Katie still remembers us by name — which truly shows how much she cares about her customers. That level of attention and genuine warmth is rare these days and makes such a difference.
Katie is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listens carefully to what we’re looking for and goes above and beyond to find the best options, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish.

Really disappointed with the experience…
Really disappointed with the experience I had today, paid deposit rang back 3 hours later to cancel was told I would loose my £80 deposit. Only cancelled as found out I would save £150 if I went direct.

Holiday offer
Simple, easy, straight forward. They had sold out of the place we wanted to stay, so they offered us some other options which i wasn't sure about. They then looked at the original and found they had availability the week before, so we booked that. Overall a great experience
