Hays Travel - Failsworth Reviews 

We had such a fantastic experience at Hays Travel in Failsworth when booking our holiday to New York and Nashville. Maddie was absolutely amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us find the holiday that was perfect for us. She was so friendly, helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

Jasmine was also brilliant and stepped in to help us the second time we visited when Maddie was busy, making sure we were always looked after.

The whole team were incredibly welcoming and made what could have been a stressful process feel really easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend the Failsworth team to anyone looking to book their next holiday. We will always stick to this branch now.

This is the first time that we have used Hay's travel and it won't be the last. We were looking for a holiday to mark our wedding anniversary and Maddy was extremely helpful and we have booked to go to Italy.

I made a telephone enquiry and Paula took my details called me back very quickly she was very friendly and helpful so obviously I went into branch ( Failsworth) and booked my cruise the following day 100% confidence in Hays Travel managed to answer all my questions

Always book at the Failsworth branch, always have time and patience as I'm fussy but been going to Paula for years so knows what I like, booked yesterday with Paula she spent hours finding me the right holiday and can't wait to go now in 2 weeks, all the ladies there are welcoming and friendly wouldn't go anywhere else.
