Staff very helpful, not at any time did we feel that we were being pushed or hurried into making a decition.
We could contact them outwith visiting the shop, if we had any further questions.

I always book with your Falkirk shop, the staff are amazing, they are so helpful and listen to my needs. We do cruises and they always advise us and never get it wrong, we've never had a bad holiday. They do all the paperwork and check us into the ship. I'm a technophobe and couldn't do it without them. The manager Victoria is brilliant and couldn't do a better job, with her smile and patience with me at 75 can't be matched, she deserves a medal.Would never use any other travel agent as Hays are the best.
