Very knowledgeable, honest and impartial advice...much appreciated and well done!

Lorraine went over and above to help me with my river cruise and stay. She even worked on the Friday morning when she was supposed to off to make sure i didn’t lose the holiday i eventually chose, after changing my mind a few times, at 5.30 in the afternoon, by now the Vista people were closed but had revealed earlier when I was requesting a room number on the cruise that only two rooms were available. I was anxious not to lose the package after all the effort to get it right and Lorraine never let me down. Absolutely 5star service, couldn’t praise her more. Thank you

We were rather late to book our flights and were pleased that we were quickly given help in choosing the flights and flight times which worked for us.

In the past we have booked ourselves literally doza s of times, but found that off-loading the process an e a very useful alternative.

Lorraine at the Ferndown branch was amazing. Kind considerate extremely helpful. Nothing was too much or a rush with me. I felt so at ease and that I felt that my cruise and my interest was the only cruise and person she was dealing with. I’m in a powered wheelchair 🧑‍🦼 with allergies and it was ok. I felt that I was someone taking up so much of her time with my wants requests etc was not a problem.
Storm is also in Ferndown who I’ve dealt with in the past and I must say that these will be my get go’s. Their service is 💯. You always know that in that moment you are the only person on there files they are dealing with.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the Ferndown branch. Made my booking very clear and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this branch and the lovely ladies that helped me book a cruise.
