Booked again with Hays Ferndown
We booked again with Storm at Ferndown. He is very knowledgeable and gives great advice with enthusiasm and a welcoming and friendly delivery. We don’t even think about going anywhere else than Hays.
The paperwork comes through in a timely manner and takes away so much hassle of booking.
We always feel we are in safe and professional hands with Hays, from the first query, through to booking, currency exchange and finally to having all the necessary tickets and confirmation.

Outstanding service
I dealt with Lorraine whom I've used on all my holidays in the last 8 years. I trust her and her knowledge and understanding of my needs is outstanding. I carried out research before I booked the holiday and then went through all my requirements with her. She confirmed exactly what I wanted. Then we booked it. I had confirmation emails within an hour.
