Paying a big price for convenience
Booked a trip to see Abba The Voyage in London, a two-night stay with Easyjet flights and a three-star hotel in central London. Plus transport to and from the hotel to show.
Karen was very helpful and did everything I asked.
Afterwards, I priced up the three legs for two people - flights, hotel room and show and I have paid a lot more to Hays for the convenience of booking the trip for me. I was prepared to pay some more obviously but it worked out at around 50% more. Just for the transport between hotel and show! Which was disappointing.
So when booking through a travel agent, have an idea of what it should cost - unless you are happy to pay significantly more for someone else organising it for you.

A late holiday
It's a nice place friendly staff clean.
The downside is entertainment but that might be because it's beginning of November. The food isn't bad we always found something to eat. All in all we have had a lovely chill holiday.

Emma took the time and explored all options including different dates to get us a good deal. Also found a free child which helps a family of 6. And added her discount.
We were so impressed we then went back to see Emma ( she was off) and got the inlaws booked on.
Will definitely be back and recommending her as she remembered us.
