My wife and I went in to book the South Africa Safari trip that had been advertised. Sophie was amazing and explained everything about the trip. Karen, the Assistant Manager was also very helpful. Trip of a lifetime booked with no hassle with experts. We will definitely book again with the staff

Good Service and call backs
Karen was a very easy person to talk to I already knew what I wanted as we normally book our cruises ourself as she had been very good with us in our enquires I thought I should give the business to her as all would be covered the only thing I dont like is your policy of paying 12 weeks before holiday is due we normally pay 4 weeks before the holiday cruise

Hays Finaghy have booked other trips for me - all a huge success. On this occasion I saw Emma and asked her to look at an idea for me (as I have been trying elsewhere 🤷🏻♀️to (unsuccessfully) book a family holiday)! Emma literally had the holiday done and dusted, within my budget, by mid afternoon of the same day!! No mean task for 19 people!
