After a pretty miserable couple of years, I finally decided to treat my family to a well-deserved holiday and I’m so glad I chose Hays Travel to help make it happen. From the moment I walked in, I was given honest, helpful advice that made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The travel agent I dealt with was absolutely fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect holiday for us. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with confidence and clarity.

Thanks to their support, I’m now counting down the days with a big smile on my face. I’ll definitely be using Hays Travel again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.

Very helpful

Emma was great, she helped pull together all the elements of our special fly-cruise Asia-Australia for 2028. She was patient and knowledgeable about the 3rd party company, she ensured they were offering us the correct cabin and stay over hotels. Emma asked them the questions we needed to ask (it will be only our 2nd cruise), to ensure we have the dream 70 birthdays cruise (both of us) we both are hoping for.

This is the third holiday inside the last 6 months I have booked through Hayes travel in flint and have been looked after by young Masey who is a very friendly and professional young lady need I say more? Thank you again

Use Hayes quite regularly, always a warm welcome, friendly, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Can always pop in with a query and do all the printing of paper work for you

The young lady was very good at her job, She sorted all are needs out, nothing was to much trouble for her, great service will definitely be going back there again

We arrived at the accommodation at 11:00 but had to wait until 15:00 to check in. When we finally got to the room, there were two separate mattresses pushed together with a noticeable gap in the middle, all covered with single sheets, and some of the sheets were stained.
The accommodation was also much further away than expected. While the staff themselves were polite and not the issue, we felt we needed more guidance and help on arrival. After checking in at reception in the main building, we were then sent outside to a different room.
The room also didn’t warm up properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it hasn’t been the best holiday experience so far due to the room conditions and lack of support.
