Helpful discussion with Carys about our proposed trip to Majorca. She took us through the options carefully and we were able to select the hotel and location that suited our preferences. Efficient booking process (once we had made our minds up!)

The truth is we don’t go anywhere else from the moment your walk in all the girls say hello , any questions you have they have all the answers it’s just a lovely shop to go too , Nicola is a lovely lady who looks after us she is a credit to Hays travel , we tell all our friends to go there and as always we will be going back 💖

Jess organised my Holiday to Croatia very professionally with understanding of where I wanted to stay,and the type of accommodation available with everything close at hand. I'm very happy with the outcome.

Jess was extremely helpful, along with the Branch Manager, in booking our holiday and offering advice.

I went into the Formby branch and presented Euro notes which I used at least 20 years ago. I wanted to know if they were still viable as my brother (80 years old) was going to use them. The young woman straight away said she didn’t recognise them but said don’t worry as we can exchange them. She didn’t want my brother to go to Spain and possibly they weren’t accepted. She bought them back and exchanged them for current money. I found her amazingly helpful and made me feel at ease. She is an employee you need to recognise
