First class service from a member of staff at the Sea Road branch of Hays Travel on Friday 17th April 2026. In the space of 30 minutes we had selected and booked a late break holiday. Everything was arranged for us including reserving our seats on the plane and checking us in. I would definitely recommend this branch if looking to book a holiday and aren’t too great on the internet.

1st class experience
The young lady who booked my holiday was so polite, a credit to Hays travel. She offered me many options on my holiday and went over things at the end to ensure all spelling and information was correct. All the other staff in shop were polite as well and this is the 2ndcholiay I have booked with the Fulwell shop in the last 6 weeks.

I have no hesitation in assigning 5 star rating to Hays in my recent holiday booking.......just terrific , knowledgeable ,professional Colleagues/staff-- I'd wandered in with half -thought through notions ,but left with a carefully put together holiday in Washington D C (I'm a West Wing fan) at competitive ,well researched prices/venue......I'm rusty on procedures ,but my Hays colleague ,Kirsty, led me patiently through all matters ,insurance ,Visa s etc ,and she had the power of language to break things down when my brow furrowed from time to time .First class friendly ....but PROFESSIONAL: treatment overall.
