Always seeking to find you the very best holiday package to suit your requirements, giving options for you to look through. Very quick to respond to messages and calls and he is with you through the whole process, sending any updates, documents and reminders. It’s always such a bonus having someone you can call (and who will answer) prior to travel AND when you’re on holiday with any questions or concerns. I’ve never thought so hard about what to say on a review as I have this one. My concern is whatever I write will not be enough to give Gareth the credit he deserves. I literally cannot thank him enough. Not only did he book the most amazing holiday I’ve ever had but the help and service he gave was second to none. I booked my holiday to Lapland in February 2022 so Gareth had 22 months of my questions and challenges to put up with! Not once did he make me feel like anything was too much hassle. I’ve never booked a holiday through a page on FB before and because you hear of so many scams, I have to admit I was nervous. I’d never heard of Gareth before so asked him a million questions before I did anything. He soon put my mind at rest and gave me all the time in the world to make my choice. He gave me lots of different quotes and helped me pick the perfect family holiday! The price of the holiday was cheaper with Gareth than if I’d have booked it direct with the company. We’ve just returned and I can honestly say it was everything and more. For 22 months, Gareth was always on hand to answer any questions, he responded quickly to all messages I sent and even sorted a FOC last minute name change due to a medical issue. He messaged me the day before our holiday to check everything was ok. I’m so grateful for all of the help and for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Gareth!

I have booked the cruise to Amsterdam! I can’t believe how quick and easy it was, and the deals were unbelievable. Very impressive with the service I received on the telephone and how quickly I was given all the details to add on to the cruise activities.

Even through the tough times of having to cancel and reschedule (twice!) due to the travel restrictions, Gareth went over and above in helping us.
