Lovely welcome on arrival, recognised we had previously visited the Hamilton
Hays Travel shop. The lady we spoke with, Elaine was very good. As we had another appointment, Elaine took details of our holiday request. Called later that morning to provide the detail's of our request, 100% perfect. We confirmed and Elaine proceeded to book our holiday. Emails followed swiftly with confirmation etc. Elaine was very professional, understood our holiday plan. 5* customer experience. Friendly and welcoming staff
We were made to feel welcome. Staff were really friendly and booked the holiday we were looking for.
When I popped in 2 days later with our passports, I was rememered instanly, with a hello, I sent you documents.
