Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we really do appreciate the feedback. We do always reccomend booking the shore excursions either through the cruise line or a trusted third party, of which we work with one that has a back to ship guarantee on every excursion.
The reason as to why we will always reccomend booking through one of the above two is they will guarantee that you are back to the ship on time and that the ship will not leave without you in the event of any delays.

As we've seen the advert on the T.V. several times and was thinking of booking a holiday we decided to pop into Hays.
