Hays Travel provided a great service found me a good deal on holiday and apartment in Portugal.

Amanda who helped us was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Just gave her dates and area and she found holiday to suit my needs.

We were helped make a holiday booking, given time to look through brochures in order to make up our minds.

George was amazing, very kind and was understanding of us and our needs and found us the right deal.

Amanda was very pleasant patient and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable offering coffee/tea.

My experience as a new customer with Hays Travel was very good. And that is why I rated the Harrow branch five star.
The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. On observation there was good communication and laughter with customers present. The standered of service which was provided and received was good and caring at Harrow branch.
Came away a satisfied new customer.

Staff were friendly and extremely well informed when answering my questions.
Made the booking process really easy.

We decided to go into hays to book our holiday as we found looking online was difficult to connect all the dots, I rang and spoke to George who said come in and we can help you so we did.. George was busy so we spoke to Patricia who was lovely and obviously knowledgeable she helped sort out the holiday and guided us on many aspects which we really appreciated and hadn't considered.
Amanda who I believe is the manager was on hand with some other issues with the booking,which she resolved quickly for us and gave us some tips too.
Overall it has been a very positive experience and looking forward to a lovely break. Thanks everyone for your help and input.

From the minute I walked into the Harrow shop I was met with cheerful good mornings and smiles from all 3 guys. Sat down with George and explained the trip I wanted to book. I cannot give him enough credit, we chatted for nearly 2 hours, . He was enthusiastic, friendly , and we swopped stories of our travel experiences. I booked a trip to Prague, . George gave me useful advice about transfers, local transport, so much info, I cannot fault anything about this Hays Harrow branch, and I will feel comfortable also about any queries I have , as Geirge gave me his card to contact him. All in all , a professional yet extremely helpful and relaxing experience, and a wonderful trip booked 😀 👍🏻 😊
