The gentleman who seen us showed us everything we asked to see was very patient and we got a holiday that was in our budget and the time of year we wanted to go excellent service always go to the same travel agent to book my holiday's and all the staff give excellent service

Allways booked my travel with hays in hartlepool town centre all the staff in there are excellent shout out to julie who arrange my holiday for poland in june 2027 every helpful will recommend to friends and family to go there.miss lily hall.

I have been going to Hays Travel in Hartlepool for nearly 3 years now and always receive excellent service. My first visit was rather daunting not knowing what kind of holiday l wanted being a senior citizen and also a solo traveller. I have just booked my ninth cruise and always see Darren who has been so professional but so helpful too making sure l have no worries about the holiday regarding paperwork and the currency for the places l travel to. I recommend Hays Travel to all of my friends.

Because Darren did everything we could not do and he is very patient he explains everything we asked.

We were helped in choosing a holiday for myself and my daughter by Julie in Hartlepool Branch. She also helped in organising Special Assistance for my daughter with the Airline company. And with completing the form and details to take her Mobility Scooter. She was very helpful indeed going above and beyond normal.

The staff were very helpful on both occasions that I visited the shop. The booking process was thoroughly explained to me and I was advised to contact the shop if I had any queries or required extra information.
