Although I had some idea of where we wanted to go on holiday there were many questions that Sophia answered because of her knowledge. I had looked online at some options but Sophia was able to save time with answering many of the questions.

Every time I’ve booked a holiday with Hays at Hempstead Valley it’s always stress free. Everybody works well together to make sure your getting the best holiday, you get value for your money, they always cater for your every need and get the best deal. Nothing is ever an issue. Great customer service
Nikki the lady that served us was amazing, she took time to understand what we wanted from our holiday and went through the different options. She also discounted places that she knew wouldn't work for us and had poor reviews.

Very friendly no pressure approach…
Very friendly no pressure approach which we liked. The only negative was that the holiday we booked was advertised in the shop window as 0 deposit, we've booked a cruise in 2028, then it transpired that there was a deposit required, not the end of the world but perhaps should be sure what is being advertised before putting it out there.
