On this visit to Hays Travel I was planning to book two holidays from the recent event run by the holiday company Newmarket. I had given Richard all the details but we needed to look at available dates. He very quickly found me a good choice which we settled on for this year but the other booking was not straightforward due to lack of availability for solo places. Richard rang Newmarket with our query and by the following day my booking was secure. As always, he was very polite and efficient with me and with colleagues in the phone. Another success.

Superb service provided by Hays Travel, Hillsborough as always. We were welcomed & treated as a valued customer. On this occasion had visited to book for a family cruise, requiring several cabins near to each other. The booking which required making enquiries from the cruise company, was done patiently by Jasmine, with some help from the manager Richard.
We were very pleased by the service received.
All the staff in this branch are polite & friendly & we shall continue to use them when required.

Julie was polite professionaland very informative. She just made the whole process very easy. She also made me aware that with booking with hays travel if i needed euros i would get them at a better rate than anywhere else.

We havent booked a holiday abroad for many years but we had a list of things that we wanted. Maddison at Hillsborough was great she took time to look at what was available, she was enthusiastic and honest and didnt pressure us at all. It felt like she was just as keen as we were to find what was the best holiday and travel arrangement for us.
