We were struggling to decide where to go and found it quite stressful looking at options online. We went to Hays and were assisted by Izzy who couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgeable when helping us decide where to go. Izzy made the whole process easy for us and we came away very excited for our holiday, would highly recommend Izzy and the Hays team to anyone wanting to book their next break

Despite only looking to book a holiday in November 2026, the staff at the Hinckley Office were polite and helpful.
We were cared for (no other wording fits) by Kacey who despite her badge saying Apprentice worked through our requirements thoughtfully and carefully, should explain I am a wheelchair user with my wife as my carer, Kacey made sure of all my needs and communicated them through with the airline's assisted travel section.
We were expecting to be told "come back in the New Year", but our booking was handled very smoothly.

We were greated with a lovely welcome to the shop and We chatted through our options with a lovely member of staff , we were not pressured into booking , but we did book .

Our first time with booking with Hays Travel. Izzy was extremely helpful and patient in helping us to decide a destination for our city break. She gave us some great advice based on her visit to Krakow.

100% recommend, normally I book all my holiday online. But decided to shop around at different travel agents this time, as was looking to book Disneyland Paris. Went into Hays travel in Hinckley and spoke to a lovely lady called Izzy who answered all my questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble. Even after my visit and not booking a holiday straight away. She was quick to respond to any emails I sent asking any questions, and if I found anything any cheaper elsewhere she was always willing to look to see if she could reduce the price. Went in to shop to book holiday yesterday and spoke to another lady called Kacey who was also very helpful. Will 100% be coming back to book a future holidays.
