Annalisa the consultant, phoned me after I had made enquiries about a holiday . I explained what we were looking for so later she telephoned me to arrange a face to face appointment .
When we went , Annalisa had researched the hotels and the surrounding area, such that when we asked questions regarding our chosen hotel, she had all the requisite information to hand for us to ponder.
We have booked our hotel ,flights etc and now look forward to our days in the sun.

Absolutely fantastic service by Annalisa once again! Nothing is too much trouble for her, she takes the whole stress out of booking and travelling for us. The whole team at the Houghton le spring branch are all brilliant, highly recommend booking there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleasant staff and nice environment to sit in. Took us about 2 hours to get booked but we were happy with outcome. Cup of tea would have been nice

Another great experience when visiting Hays Travel to book a city break. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome on arrival. A particular thanks to Chloe who once again helped us to decide where to go. She is very thorough and patient as initially we were unsure as to the final destination. She explained things clearly and was always willing to go over things again to check our understanding. Well done Hays.

Excellent service

We went in not having a single scooby doo on where to go. The lady who we were chatting with took all of our wants and needs and turned them into a 4 star amazing looking hotel in Turkey. We are now going on a last minute budget friendly holiday where it’s going to be action packed from day 1 until day 11. Couldn’t be more thankful we have had an amazing experience and were given the deal of a lifetime.

I am very impressed with the skill of vicky in your houghton le spring office. I have booked with her before and she remembered my name and also my husband's needs regarding disabilities. I gave her a brief idea of what I wanted and within an hour I was booked, she is exceptional I will never book anywhere else.

Katie at Houghton -le-Spring branch was really helpful and spent time looking for a holiday for us and was very helpful.

Went to our local Hayes Houghton le spring, ware we book all our holiday s this time for a large family holiday 5 adults 3 children. We were welcomed by Katie sat and discussed our needs Katie gave us options and told us she will look at other options e mailed us later with other holiday options ,sat with family and discussed what Katie e mailed , called back following and booked the holiday Again Katie and all staff are excellent that’s why we book with Hayes all a credit the Hayes travel thank you.
