Very sad to hear of the passing of the old manager, Fiona. She was always so friendly and helpful. It must be hard for the team but as soon as the lovely new manager went out for lunch the agents were really unprofessional and really unpleasant. Eye rolling and 'she doesn't have a clue' amongst other comments. It made me feel uncomfortable.

You won't be disappointed
An excellent experience over two visits. The first to find the right Hotel and flights then the following day to book the holiday.
On both occasions I received superb customer service, nothing was too much trouble.
