We recently visited Hays Travel to plan a family holiday for ourselves, our grown-up children and our granddaughter. We had tried searching online ourselves, but it quickly became overwhelming trying to decide between villas and hotels and finding something that suited everyone’s needs.

What was great about Hays Travel was that they took all of the stress away and turned it into an enjoyable experience. Harry was exceptional from start to finish. He really listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, and showed us some fantastic options while helping us weigh up the benefits of a villa versus a hotel stay.

He took the time to find us an amazing package that perfectly met our needs, and the price was unbeatable. We never felt pressured at all — we wanted some time to think everything over and Harry completely respected that. We popped back an hour later to go ahead with our chosen option.

Harry made the whole process easy, simple and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hays Travel, and Harry in particular was outstanding.

I feel that Huddersfield Hays office and in particular on this occasion, Harry , really listened to us and helped us get what we really wanted. The entire team has always been extremely helpful and friendly. They make you feel valued.

The staff are always , friendly, professional and helpful on every visit , it is a pleasure to book our holidays in our branch.

We were greeted as soon as we stepped into the shop. The staff member, Kim , listened attentively to the things we really needed for our holiday and gave advice as she knew the area well. The booking process was easy and we left with a holiday booked.

Your assistant was friendly,knowledgeable & patient with our many questions & destinations.With the current uncertainty with flights due to possible fuel stocks,we decided to wait before booking a holiday in
June `26.We did however book a holiday for March `27.If the flight situation is solved before June we will return.
