Rosie from the hull city centre branch was really friendly listened to what we wanted and got us that exact holiday she wasn’t pushy or just trying to sell us any holiday couldn’t recommend enough

I will only travel with Hays Hull
I organised my trip to Vegas with Hays Travel Hull, having not booked with a travel company before. I will be booking all my future trips through them now because of their excellent service. I cannot recommend them enough!
We had a trip to New York at the beginning of the trip that was cancelled. Rosie called and explained the situation and asked us what we would like to do instead and told us she would take care of it. Rosie took care of everything and despite been gutted not to go, we were grateful for still been able to attend our holiday and for her sorting everything out for us.
The team when we called were great and they catered to our needs also. I would like to say a huge thank you to Rosie, she organised our replacement trip quick and was lovely! Thank you so much!
