Hays Travel - Hythe Reviews 

The agent was amazing (Mia Hythe Hampshire branch). We went in to book a short break as a surprise for my parents 60th anniversary. Mia went above and beyond so so helpful can’t praise her enough. Will be definitely booking all future holidays through Hythe branch.

Very helpful rep, Mia. Explained everything even though we visited 3 times to get the best deal. Don't usually use a travel agent but would definitely use Hays again

Went to Hayes travel in Hythe 11/11/25 to book a break to sicily for next year for myself and my wife.Robyn who was only doing our booking was on day off so chloe who we saw completed the booking for us.they went way and beyond with their customer service,would recommend Hayes travel Hythe to my family and friends.

Our experiences with Hayes Travel in Hythe are always perfect. They are so helpful.

Sadly what started out as a very positive experience has spiralled downwards to this. The Agent appeared fully conversant with what we were doing (taking over a resale cruise from one of the Agencies existing clients) We are NOT clients of this agency, and will never use them again. The information submitted to P&O was incorrect, which meant that my husbands Loyalty tier was not applied, and after subsequent emails and phone calls, instead of correcting the issue, in fact they totally wiped out ALL his 8 years of loyalty, which P&O say only the Travel Agents can rectify. Whilst we are sure this eventually WILL be sorted, all discounts due to my husband have been wiped out and means he cannot prebook anything at his discount rates.
A simple error which should never have been made

The fact that Vicky was willing to put the time in with us to get our holiday to be in line with our online search was brilliant. Whilst it wasn’t an exact match we booked with Hays as it was easier than trying to make sure we had everything we needed online. Hays would talk to the hotel for us as well. We are glad we went in to use them for a second time.

Amy was exceptional, she went out of her way to help us get the family holiday we wanted. She arranged assisted boarding for my daughter and her son, she arranged car hire x 2 and went over and above board for us. i cannot thank her enough. And to top everything the price was better than bargained. A huge thank you Amy.
