Wonderful experience from beginning to end!
Sophie, Tiffany and Reece are a credit to the Hays brand. It is very clear that Sophie manages her team exceptionally well. From first contact, with Sophie, to the final confirmation and booking completion, with Reece, the entire process was extremely professional. Whilst Reece dealt with a technical issue during the booking process both he and Tiffany kept us entertained with tips and advice on our planned trip and also where we could/should visit on subsequent trips.
We will definitely be back, to feedback on our planned trip to Croatia, and also to start planning the next adventure.

First time cruisers
We went in ti the Ipswich branch looking to book a cruise for our first time. We entered with a rough idea from trying to source online but soon realised it wasn't as simple as we had hoped. However with the help and patience of the lady we left more the wiser and booked a cruise for 2027. The lady was very patient and very knowledgeable about the needs we wanted, overall a smooth experience.
