Popped into the Jarrow office to book a cruise for 2028. We like to book well ahead. Ruby sorted everything out in no time at all. We’ve used them before in the past and no issues and we’ll definitely use them in the future. We find all of the staff to be friendly and helpful.

From walking in to your Branch the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I had actually just popped in to make an enquiry about " singles " holidays and their availability. Your Agent, Hollie, sat me down and I explained what my requirements were, We then went through where I did NOT want to travel too and then focussed on what was available which met my requirements.
The bottom line is I am now going to Tunisia for 14 nights all inclusive at a 4 star hotel leaving Friday 27/03/2026.
I found Hollie and all of the staff to be warm, welcoming and very professional.
Hollie actually printed out ALL of my documentation as I had explained that my home printer was Broken.
Would I use or recommend Hays Travel to friends and family. ?
If the rest of Hays branches match the service I received in the Jarrow Branch.... Definitely... I will certainly be using this Branch again.
