Rising star ruby is a gem
We went to hays to book a holiday that we had found on the tui app, they price matched, and did everything for us, including assistance.
She said she was just an apprentice, but she was very patient, very personable and very professional.
I will be booking with hays for my long haul holiday in September

Staff go the extra mile
We went in to discuss the optional extras on board out trip in May, and we were asked if there was anything else that Michelle could do for us. She went the extra mile and helped us book a trip we were just thinking about for next year and hadn’t realised that it was selling out fast, so thank you again Michelle for everything that you have done for us, you have been so supportive to old biddies.

The Best Local Travel Agent
The staff at Hays travel in Jarrow are outstanding at their jobs. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go above and beyond too source a holiday especially tailored to your wants and needs. Friendly and very knowledgeable finding exactly what holiday suits your budget.
Lesley the manager is outstanding and her assistant manager Alison is fantastic too. I would always recommend Hays travel especially the Jarrow branch x
