I booked a cruise over the phone with Michelle from Hays Travel Jarrow. She always goes the extra mile and within 10-15 minutes of phoning up my holiday was all booked up. I never book with any other travel company as the staff at Jarrow are all so helpful, as well as being welcoming if you go in branch.

I called into the Jarrow office, to look for a holiday, at a specific location and hotel. The agent was very helpful, looking to book our rooms, and changing the flights to suit our requirements.

I contacted chloe at Hayes travel jarrow branch about a Royal Caribbean cruise i wanted to book ,she was excellent with in just over a hour she had contacted Royal Caribbean then phoned me back with details, then when I told her to book it she emailed me all my paperwork straight away al done nothing was too much trouble for her
