Lillie was great. Sorted my trip out via messenger as I couldn’t speak on the phone as it was a surprise holiday for my daughter who I was with at the time. Great deal she got for us and was sorted out quickly. Very happy!

Trouble free booking!
We came in to make preliminary enquiries one afternoon and your agent came up with a possible booking which we wanted time to think about. We returned the next day and although it was Amanda's day off another agent was able to book exactly what had been planned the day before with no problem.

She couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, courteous and professional. We requested some specific extras on the booking and this was all completed exactly as we had hoped.

What a warm welcome! The whole experience of looking for and booking a holiday was a positive one. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. There was a nice balance between efficiency and engagement. It is a long time since we have used a travel agent (I usually book trips and holidays online).
