As a returning customer to Hays Jesmond, Amanda and her team met every need for my wishes to get together with school friends for a celebratory holiday four decades after we first met.

The team in Jesmond are so incredibly friendly and Christina is always on hand for answering questions, or my apologies when I am taking too long to make decisions. I wouldn't choose another travel agent, not when Christina has so much experience, knowledge and kindness!! Excellent service. Couldn't fault them. They even endured the enormous leak in their ceiling without complaining.

Lillie (who served us in the Jesmond branch) was very knowledgable about New York. She gave us options. She found us a good deal with an hotel close to the centre, and was able to give advice around excursions and travel. The whole process was quick, efficient and value for money.
