I’ve used Hays Travel multiple times and the service is often good. Jess is knowledgeable and helpful in organizing holidays. She provides clear, professional advice, but at times I felt the communication could be quicker. It’s definitely convenient booking from home, though not perfect every time. Overall, a decent experience.

After booking Barbados and Iceland through Jess, her efforts to make sure you have the best holiday are top priority. This time we decided to book another couples holiday along with a bigger group family holiday - we just know Jess will recommend and good hotel and has so much experience and knowledge of all things travel related. She always helps us to know things about each hotel and area before decided our perfect holiday and know so much about each area and what we can do there too.
