We booked our family holiday with Joanna Cox and she was brilliant. She found us our perfect holiday. Great communication and 5 star service.

Two trips booked with Jo in two weeks, wouldn’t trust our holiday bookings with anybody else! Cannot fault the service we receive from Jo.

Jo always listens to what I want from a holiday, goes away to find what I’m after and tweaks it to perfection. This is the 2nd year I’ve used her as last years holiday was incredible.

Jo has helped us to book some brilliant and memorable holidays, and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our family holidays are everything we hope they’ll be. Having someone take away the pain of all the admin, whilst also giving fantastic advice and guidance, is a real help.

Jo is able to cut through the jargon and explain the details that really matter. It’s a no brainier for us to enlist Jo’s help, it saves us time and money and we always end up completely confident that we know what we’re getting and that it’s the best we could’ve hoped for.

Once I’d given a quick idea of what we were looking for and our planned itinerary Jo found a lovely hotel within our budget and with breakfast included which I know is hard to find in NY but Jo found it 🙏 and free entry to Summit 1 all thrown in. Guidance given regarding our ESTA applications and deposits etc for the hotel which may have been overlooked had I booked myself. The support will be ongoing as we’ve had the pleasure of booking via Jo beforehand so I know we’re in very capable hands.

I would never book a holiday without Jo now. This is our 3rd booking with Jo and she is so knowledgable at what she does.
We had chosen our hotel, but she spent time looking at different dates and rooms to get us the best price. She was really helpful providing me with break downs on different room costs to make sure 3 couples could stick within their budget.
Jo is brilliant, always so friendly and helpful. Due to saving for a whole year for a holiday Jo is always understanding that I need to book my holidays quite in advance, she makes us feel safer booking holidays with her, knowing that everything is in hand.
