Just brilliant
This is the second holiday we've booked with Jo and it won't be our last. Jo is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to booking breaks and also goes the extra mile to log on and sort our holiday later on in the evening which I'm sure is not part of her working hours. Joanne = amazing!
Joanne was literally amazing!! We saw a deal on her Facebook page that we were interested in, I contacted Jo who got back to me immediately (even though it was a Saturday). I had a lot of questions and juggling around as the deal I saw was for a family of 4 and I have a family of 6. Jo worked extremely fast and hard to meet our needs and our dream family holiday was all booked and confirmed by the Monday!
I would 100% recommend Jo to anyone looking for help to book their perfect holiday, she has a lot of knowledge and guidance about things that hadn’t even crossed my mind, I feel like we are in safe hands with Jo.

The travel agent in my pocket
Jo was always on hand (often over the weekend or in the evening) to answer questions, provide suggestions or additional advice. We were very indecisive but Jo was very patient with us and didn’t hassle us. I’d definitely recommend Jo and use her skills and knowledge for another holiday booking.

Jo was amazing from start to finish, I have never booked a holiday on my own before and she talked me through all the options available from locations, payment options and even making sure I remembered travel insurance and checking passports to make sure they were valid for the destination we chose. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than I would’ve probably found it without her!
