Your travel advisor Jo was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She was able to find the best cruise for our needs on the Norwegian fjords. I couldn’t be any happier with Jo. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Hays travel.

I cannot recommend Jo cox enough for helping us find and book our dream honeymoon. From my initial contact to the booking , jo had been on hand every step of the way, giving me constant updates and pre empting questions with plenty of information. Jo is there for you night and day, listens to your requirements, and does her upmost to help within budget. She has so much knowledge and to know she will be there for us from the beginning of our enquiry to the end of our holiday is the biggest relief as you always want someone to be there instantly if needed.

Excellent service

I made a huge error during our booking process (wrong hotel) but the lovely Jo put my mind at rest and did everything required to rectify my mistake within less than 24hours to get us the holiday we wanted.
She was truly brilliant and we could not be happier with the service we have received so far.

Joanne was extremely professional and efficient in both providing and explaining the relevant information. I would recommend family and friends to contact Joanne next time they wish to book their next holiday. From start to finish the process was seamless and easy to complete. The use of WhatsApp also made it extremely convenient as we were able to communicate between our respective meetings, which was far easier than using email.
