The travel consultant was able to check our personalised requirements for our flights to India as we discussed the issues .She highlighted what was on offer to make our decisions safe and suitable for our needs We are 3 branches of a family travelling together incl elderly so assisted travel was one suggestion to enable us . Longer times at the crossovers half way thro' the journey were arranged so less chance of missing connecting flights to accomodate the elderly in the group. Excellent work by Karen.
