Kate was fantastic. I asked for a price for a cruise, she was straight back to me with prices for a range of cabins.
She had remembered from a previous booking that we had been with this company before so added on our voyagers discount.
Next morning, when we'd made our final decision everything was booked and some resort information shared. We're very grateful for everything kate does when booking our holidays. Nothing is too much trouble

Kate is an absolute star a true professional , she tirelessly worked with me to find my family the perfect holiday, friendly helpful communication whenever I contacted her,even on her days off. Fantastic Holiday – Huge Thanks to Kate at Hays Travel!

Just got back from a 7-night stay at Titanic Deluxe Lara with my 21-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter – and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. A massive thank you to Kate at Hays Travel, who made it all happen!

Kate was amazing throughout the whole booking process – friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She found us the best deal and took care of everything so I didn’t have to stress. She really listened to what we were looking for and absolutely nailed it!

The hotel itself was stunning – the staff, the food, the entertainment, all spot on. I had no idea there was an open-air theatre when we booked, and it completely blew us away. There are loads of places to eat, swim, relax, or party – something for everyone. The whole place just had such a brilliant vibe, perfect for both families and couples.

Honestly, not a single negative. We made amazing memories and I’m already planning to go back. I wouldn’t book with anyone else now – thanks again, Kate!
